Diliana Alexander is the Executive Director of FilmGate Miami. Diliana Alexander studied Economics, Finance and International Relations at McGill University and later the University of Toronto. She completed her MFA in Film Production at the Miami International University of Art and Design.
Diliana began her careers in Canada as a producer, where she worked for CBC, HGTV, the Learning Channel and Showtime. She is especially interested in the convergence of art, science and technology. She also teaches film at Florida International University and is directing a feature film based on the young adult novel NARC, written by Florida book award winner Crissa Jean Chappell.
Christopher Anthony Irarrazabal is a graduate of Miami Dade College where he did his Bachelors in Film Production. His web-series ”Basketball Friends" showcased a comedic and surrealistic look at friendship in Miami. His short film "McClintock" aired on the PBS "Film-maker" program in January 2018, showcasing the best of South Floridian filmmakers. Along with many Instagram & YouTube skits and Music Videos, Chris has produced a lot of content ranging from Comedy, Drama, Horror to Experimental films. In 2020 his film "Alexa Off" was selected in the 37th Miami Film Festival. He is currently the Creative Director at Filmgate Miami.

Malury’s background come from producing indie bands , music videos, independent businesses to doing visual for major corporation such as Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, etc. Malury’s character is known for believing in the balance of mind and body , “I practice a Chinese qigong called Falun Gong, it includes slow movement exercises and meditation, it helps me improve not only physically but also in the values of Truth, Compassion and Tolerance . I try to apply this values not only in my everyday life but also in my business.
José is passionate about the entire video game industry, from the artistic elements that create different atmospheres and worlds to the logical part behind the main core mechanics’ functionality. He also enjoys creating interactive worlds and simple solutions to complex problems.
Animation / 3D Modeler
Segundo Correas is a 3D artist from Argentina. He started his career doing architectural renderings, which helped him realize his passion for 3D and convinced him to move to Miami to study Game Art and work in Video Games.
He loves to bring environments, props, and characters to life through sculpting, modeling and texturing.
Lucas Zambrano is a Colombian American filmmaker making multicultural films in multiple languages. After graduating from Emerson College's Film school in 2018, Zambrano has worked on various Colombian productions as well as developing his own projects for both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking audiences. His work has won top prizes at Indie X, Indies Short Fest, and the Independent Short Awards.
Paulina graduated from Broward College in 2020. During her time there she focused on writing and editing and creating short documentaries about artists in South Florida. Paulina joined FilmGate Miami as the Interactive coordinator, in which she coordinates FilmGate Interactive.

Nicholas Gelakis is a multidisciplinary creative with a focus on digital design and broadcast media. His works, both personal and commercial, often recite from his personal experiences and the art of subtlety. He believes every project is a problem looking for a solution.
