🎬 Private Theater Rental

Capacity: Up to 35 people (30 black chairs + 5 misc. chairs)
- possible to add 5 more misc. chairs along wall if needed

Includes:

✔ Microphones
✔ Screen projector
✔ Sound system
✔ Seating
✔ Mac Mini (just bring your file)
✔ Restroom facilities
✔ Table for snacks/beverages
✔ Wi-Fi access
✔ External fridge

Rates (including Filming Location Rental):

• Members:

  • $20/hr during business hours

  • $60/hr during non-business hours

• Non-Members:

  • $80/hr during business hours

  • $100/hr during non-business hours

Max Rental Time: 4 hours

 

🏡 Workshop Space Add-On

(Includes access to fridge, sink, and a second room)

• $60 for up to 2 hours

• $100 for up to 4 hours

 

🎉 General Space Rental (Meetups/Parties)

Capacity: 40-60 people

• Members: $80/hr

• Non-Members: $100/hr

📌 Breakout Room Add-On (Required for groups over 40 people)

• $60 for up to 2 hours

• $100 for up to 4 hours

 

🎭 Casting Space Rental

• Members:

  • 2 complimentary hours only during business hours

  • After 2 hours: $60/hr

• Non-Members: $80/hr

📌 Add-Ons:

• Unlimited On-Site Printing: +$35

• Coffee & Tea Service: +$15
