Felipe Aguilar

Felipe Aguilar is a Colombian filmmaker and artist from Bogotá whose work blends documentary storytelling with immersive media. He studied art and film production at the University of Miami. His short documentary Penalty screened at the Berlinale, and he later collaborated with National Geographic’s Expedición Natibo. Aguilar has created projects focused on human stories for organizations including the United Nations, the Colombian government, and USAID. His work has been exhibited internationally at venues such as Cannes, CERN in Geneva, and the NewImages Festival in Paris. His current project, Atoms & Bits, explores technology, imagination, and digital culture through playful immersive storytelling.
