Pamela Longsword pursued a degree in Drama at Miami Dade College. Starting in the industry as an actress, she has appeared in theater plays, short films, TV, and a feature film. Her expansion into writing began in 2016 with the short thesis film, "Succubus" before discovering she had a niche for storytelling. Excited to develop more, in 2016, Pamela theatrically debuted by writing, directing & producing the short sci-fi play, "X & Y”. Her directorial film debut occurred during Art Basel of 2017 with the short fashion film, "NIVERO54". The extended version, "NIVERO54: Director's Cut" premiered at Filmgate's NOLA Film Festival in March 2018, winning the Audience Award & Best Actor Award. The film also won Best Stunt Casting at the first ever Miami Underground Film Festival. After winning a sponsorship from the 1310 Bandits to participate in Miami’s 48 Hour Film Project, Pamela wrote, directed, edited, and acted in the short horror film, "Coopertown”; winning two awards at the premiere: Best Set Design & Best Costume.
As a producer, Pamela believes in art resonating to the identity of Miami, and recently contributed to a variety of projects, which all have earned numerous awards & honorable mentions. She is currently working on her first feature screenplay and multiple collaborations with Miami talent.
