Jie Liou

Jie Liou is a director and digital artist working across 3D arts, real-time visuals, interactive systems, and experimental video.
His practice bridges art and commercial work, exploring time, perception, and spatial experience while crafting a visual language where systemic precision meets narrative depth.
Positioned at the intersection of technology and creativity, his work seeks to transform both artistic expression and applied design into immersive, meaningful experiences.
He established FPA with a foundation in motion design and 3D visual art, known for its wide-
ranging visual styles that combine hyperrealistic 3D, abstract forms, and art-driven transformations. The studio's output includes branding, IP development, motion design, 3D
visual graphics, and interactive audiovisual installations, often realized through
interdisciplinary collaborations.
He served as motion visual director for the 35th Golden Melody Awards of Taiwan in 2024, and has worked with brands such as Porsche, BMW, Gogoro, ASUS, MSI, among others, delivering both motion and still visual content.
In 2024, he also launched SYNZR, a new media art brand, and debuted the audiovisual theater performance “The Boundary of Sense” as part of the NOVA Project at the National Taichung Theater in Taiwan. The work reimagines the relationship between audiovisual art and theatrical space, offering an immersive experience that blends sensory narrative with spatial storytelling.
