My name is Sherpa & I'm not a climber

The term ‘Sherpa' is often mistaken as a job title, one who aids others to achieve their dreams of summiting Mount Everest. However, this ethic group is so much more - they are a culture of people, people with their own desires, hopes and dreams. Through the stories of eight different Sherpas who are carving out their own life beyond the mountains and in Kathmandu, we hope that this helps the world better understand who the Sherpa are.
